Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Our contact form collects your username and email address so that we may contact you as requested. Further contact options are selected by you in the form of checkboxes. Your story submissions may be stored in our private database. The story may be published on this website as well as excerpts used on our social media and other promotional purposes with your username as an identifier as well as credit for your hard work.
If at any time, you would like any part of your profile changed or any of your content removed, simply email stories@promptedcollective.com and we will have it changed or removed within two business days.

How long we retain your data
